App Review push notifications for every App Store Connect account: Every account.
Every review.
Pushed to you.

Shipcue sends a push when App Review changes status, for every App Store Connect account at once, with no signing out or switching. Then release, withdraw, or let a timer ship it for you, from your iPhone or iPad.

How keys are handled

Push for every account, no re-logging. No sign-up, no email, no two-factor codes. In Private mode your API key never reaches our server.

The problem

App Review doesn't keep office hours.

Approvals land at 3 a.m., rejections land mid-flight, and the review you are waiting for is behind a different Apple Account than the one you are signed in to.

Alerts for one account at a time

Apple's App Store Connect app shows alerts for the account you're signed in to. Keeping up with your other teams' and clients' reviews there means signing out, switching and typing another two-factor code. How Shipcue compares.

Slow to hear

In our experience, email updates can arrive late, or only for some accounts. A version can sit in "Pending Developer Release" for hours before anyone notices.

Hard to act on the go

Releasing, withdrawing or pausing a phased release from a phone means a desktop web portal squeezed onto a small screen.

What Shipcue does

Pushed first. Shipped on your terms.

One calm list for every account, a push from every account when a review status changes, and release controls you can trust from your pocket.

One feed

All your accounts in one list.

Add an API key for each App Store Connect account you work with. Shipcue puts every app in one feed, and what needs you sits on top.

  • Needs attention first. Approved, rejected and in-review versions lead; live apps stay below, quieter.
  • Filter by account or status when you only care about one client today.
  • Status colours you already know from App Store Connect, each with its own shape so it never relies on colour alone.
  • First-class iPad. Accounts, feed and details side by side in landscape.

Push for every account

Every account pings you. No re-logging.

Shipcue sets up App Store Connect webhooks for the apps you pick in each account, so status changes from all of them reach your phone as push notifications, side by side. No signing out and no switching accounts.

  • The states that matter by default: Waiting for Review, In Review, Rejected, Pending Developer Release and Ready for Distribution.
  • Tune it per app. Turn single events on or off for apps you watch less closely.
  • Built not to be phished. Notifications never ask for a key or a login and never contain outside links.
Release controls

Approved at 3 a.m.? Let the timer ship it.

Pick what happens after approval: wait for you, or release automatically after a delay you choose unless you step in. Set it once, override it per app or per version.

  • Release now a version that is Pending Developer Release.
  • Withdraw from review when you spot a problem after submitting.
  • Phased release: pause, resume or release to everyone.
  • Face ID on anything that ships. Release, withdraw and any rule that makes releasing more automatic need your confirmation. Cancel and "+1 h" stay one tap.

Sample data. Auto-release in Private mode is best effort; see how the two modes differ.

iPhone and iPad, in sync

Keys sync through your iCloud Keychain, end-to-end encrypted by Apple, so both devices are ready without importing twice.

No account to create

No sign-up, no email, no password. Shipcue makes an anonymous identity on your device and that is all our server knows you by.

Speaks App Store Connect

Same states, same words, same colour families as Apple's tools, so there is nothing new to learn.

Clear confirmations

Every irreversible action says exactly what will happen, to which version, in which account, before you confirm.

Light, dark and four themes

A calm default look plus denser themes for people who live in their developer tools all day.

Try it with sample data

Explore Demo shows every screen with made-up apps before you add a single key.

Your keys, your call

Your API key never reaches our server. Unless you say so.

An App Store Connect API key carries the full power of its role. So you choose, per account, how much Shipcue's server gets to do, and we are plain about the trade-off.

Private

Default · at launch

The key stays on your devices. Our server only routes Apple's status notifications to you.

Where the key lives
In your iCloud Keychain, end-to-end encrypted by Apple and synced to your iPhone and iPad. Or on one device only, if you prefer. Never on our server.
How you hear about changes
Your device sets up App Store Connect webhooks. Apple tells our server, our server sends you a push. Our server holds no key and can't call Apple for you.
The trade-off
If Apple ever misses a webhook, you see the change the next time you open or refresh Shipcue. Auto-release runs on your device when the timer ends, so it is best effort: if no device of yours can run it, nothing is released.

Server-assisted

Opt-in · coming later

For accounts where a timer must fire even if every device is off. You share an encrypted copy of the key with our server.

What you get
Our server also checks App Store Connect on a schedule, so a change a webhook missed still shows up, and runs auto-release and notification actions itself.
How the key is kept
Encrypted before it leaves your device, decrypted only in memory by an isolated worker, never logged and never in our backups. Switch back to Private and it is deleted right away.

Sharing a key is a real risk: if our server were ever breached, the key could be misused until you revoke it. Shipcue shows a full warning and asks for explicit consent before any key is uploaded.

No sign-up, no trackingNo name, no email, no analytics or ad SDKs. Purchases go through Apple.
Hosted in the EUOur server runs in Frankfurt and stores only what push and timers need, such as app names and review states.
Revoke any timeDelete a key in App Store Connect and it stops working everywhere, including Shipcue. Full details in our privacy policy.
How it works

Set up in a few minutes.

You need an App Store Connect API key for each account. Shipcue walks you through it, and our API key guide shows every step.

  1. Create an API key

In App Store Connect, under Users and Access › Integrations. Make a dedicated key for Shipcue; the App Manager role can release and withdraw without managing users.

  2. Add it to Shipcue

Import the .p8 file from Files, AirDrop it from your Mac, or paste it. Shipcue checks it with Apple right away.

  3. Pick your apps

Choose which apps to follow. Shipcue sets up the webhooks for status changes, so push works from the start.

  4. Get the ping, act

Status changes arrive as push. Open the app to release, withdraw or let the auto-release timer run.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is Shipcue made by Apple?

No. Shipcue is an independent app by AppLabs.lv. It uses Apple's public App Store Connect API with a key you create, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

How much does Shipcue cost?

Shipcue Pro is $3.99 a month or $29.99 a year (US prices; Apple sets the price in other countries). Both start with a 14-day free trial.

What happens after the free trial?

If you don't subscribe, Shipcue stays read-only. You still see every account's review status and can pull to refresh, but push, release actions and auto-release need Shipcue Pro.

Does my API key leave my iPhone?

In Private mode, the key is stored in your iCloud Keychain so your iPhone and iPad can both use it. Apple encrypts it end to end. It never reaches Shipcue's server. You can also keep a key on one device only.

Only if you later turn on Server-assisted mode for an account, after a clear warning, does an encrypted copy go to our server.

Which role should the key have?

Create a key just for Shipcue. App Manager can release and withdraw versions without being able to manage users, so it is a good fit. Avoid Admin keys, and don't reuse a key your CI depends on. The API key guide shows each step.

Do I need to sign up?

No. There is no account, email or password. Shipcue creates an anonymous identity on your device, kept in your iCloud Keychain, which is enough for push and timers.

Does auto-release always run?

In Private mode it is best effort: when the timer ends, our server nudges your devices and one of them performs the release with its own key. If none can, nothing is released and you are told. That is the safe failure. Server-assisted mode, planned for a later version, runs the release on our server.

How many accounts and apps can I add?

As many as you work with: your own, your employer's, your clients'. Each account needs its own API key.

Is there a Mac version?

Not right now. Shipcue is built for iPhone and iPad, with a full iPad layout.

I lost a device. What should I do?

Revoke the key in App Store Connect first; that is the only step that stops it everywhere. Then remove the device in Shipcue › Settings › Devices. Step-by-step help is on the support page.
